Rendering of the remodeled house

Bridle Trails Renovation

A Bellevue, Washington family asked us to rethink their 1970s tract house, and see if it could be transformed into something more functional and inspiring. We sought to take advantage of the beautiful wooded site by opening up the house in all directions and reaching out into the forest with large glass openings.

We further engaged the site with a series of covered outdoor spaces for seasonal entertaining, and a monumental outdoor fireplace. A new garage set at an angle allows for a welcoming entry courtyard space.
